At WQA (UK) I was brought in to develop the branding of doTERRA’S 2020 Global Convention. DoTERRA is a company that prides itself on having the highest quality essential oils in the world. Each year, nearly 30,000 attendees gather from all over the world to learn, connect and celebrate their love for essential oils at the Global Convention.
The theme of the 2020 Convention is Pursue. Pursue is about the dÅTERRA Journey, which empowers people and communities to make real change. From farmers, sourcers, advocates, philanthropy communities, doctors, clinics to homes, doTERRA’s mission is to embark on a journey that brings about purity and positive change.
I created a design system that is based on the relationship of images. Stunning macro shots that communicate the simplicity and purity of nature, are paired with lifestyle images that represent the principals of Pursue and the people involved in every step of the process. After creating a robust brand identity and guidelines, I applied it to a variety of applications and touch points for the convention.
